Just for the record I note that I am recorded in the list of Glamis house captains and a sports photograph as William mitchell - should be Wilson Mitchell.

Thanks,

Wilson Mitchell - class of 1960.

If there's anything worse than seeing our name spelled wrongly, it's seeing our name presented back-to-front! I'm sure it would be corrected if you pointed this out - mark you, in these austere times, you may have to pay for the painter yourself - but it would be worth it! Tell us more about what you are up to!
As Ronald George Smith, I attended the Morgan Academy from 1947 to 1960. My sister Vivian (two years my senior) and brother Euan (two years my junior) also attended the Morgan.

Hi Ian,
I live about 35 miles from New York in New Jersey. Married with 3 sons and 5 grandchildren.
After leaving school, I graduated from the University of St. Andrews and then completed my accountancy with Miller, McIntyre & Gellatly, 20 Reform Street. Ian Brown, another Morgan FP (who sadly passed away last summer) recruited to me to join Peat,Marwick, Mitchell & Co (subsequently KPMG) in Kingston, Jamaica. I was there 10 years, became a partner, married my wife Wendy and our 3 sons were born there. In 1978 we moved to New York where I practised until I retired.
I keep in touch with Bryan Stenson who lives with his wife, Frances, in the south west of France and every now and again I hear or see John Taylor who is currently living in Turkey.
I am planning to visit Scotland this August.
Kind regards,
Wilson

Congratulations on your personal and professional trajectory, Wilson - and on your admirable ability to report interestingly and concisely. You keep in touch with 100% more Morgan FPs than I do. My sole personal contact is Graeme Kidd who lives in NE England. We have met there as well as in Edinburgh on the regular visits that my wife and I have made to Scotland. Graeme and I shared a flat in Aberdeen for a couple of years when we were students in the '60s and made a memorable trip to Orkney together one Easter vacation. I worked in the Caribbean – Cuba, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Mexico, Belize, Venezuela and Guyana on the evaluation of agricultural research and development projects.
