HI Roslin Here I joined the Sports Centre in 1982 then moved to estates when I became a bit more mature. The reason we are all busy at degree exam time is ludicrous. Due to the human rights act the academics who will mark the scripts cannot see them until they have been made anon. The marker only sees a number on the paper not the candidate name. Invigilators are temp staff.

Ah yes, I remember the undergrad days of 1963-66 at Queen's. A game of golf in the morning, a class or tut in the afternoon followed by a bit of library study before a bite to eat and a beer before bed.

Welcome to Argus.
Tell us a bit about yourself. When you were at the Morgan, where are you now and what are you doing?

Let's all say welcome to Wilson Mitchell, our most recent member. Where are you located these days Wils? How is your sister Janet. Just looking at the Season 66-67 photograph of Morgan FP Rugby Club and we are both sitting in the front row on the grass with Harry Dickson, Ian Caldwell, Piggy Stewart and what's his name Imlay. All the best - Dave Dempster :D

Lots of memories of undergrad exams (as a student at Aberdeen university) - mainly the intensive swatting you had to do to prepare for them! And then the finals when you could be asked any question from any subject from any year of your study. If I ever mentioned that fact to my own undergraduates (I retired, happy, from univesity teaching in 2002) - they could simply not believe that students would be examined on anything other than the topics covered that semester.
As Ronald George Smith, I attended the Morgan Academy from 1947 to 1960. My sister Vivian (two years my senior) and brother Euan (two years my junior) also attended the Morgan.

I remember Wilson we played in the First Fifteen at School......my sojourn with FP Rugby was very short as I relocated to Aberdeen.

I should have stuck to the theme and wished you 'welcome' Wilson. We were sometimes in the same class as we progressed through secondary. Didn't you article in a CA's office? What then? How about a potted history from you? By the way - glad to see that you use your name - I'm not sure why, on an FP website, we should be sensitive about our identities. Or is there a public page on the site where nick-names and real names are matched? If so, I've missed it.

Welcome to the fold Colin M01. What have you been doing for the last 30 odd years?
